I take my children to A&E when they get ill because I want them to get help when the doctors will not help them. They're very nice people. You wait and wait you get the help.

Seen quickly at A&E as my son had a high fever and was wheezing. We were treated well and cared for.

The pharmacy staff are very kind and helpful. Our medication was ready within 10 minutes.

We were seen within an hour and treatment was provided.

Very good appointment for my son at cardiology. They keep on top of things.

The neurologist see him once a year. They change his medication when needed. We also have contact details for the epilepsy nurse who we can contact whenever we need to.

They wanted to remove teeth. He had a bad reaction when they put him to sleep.

Reception were confused trying to locate our details but the doctor was friendly and helpful.

We often go to this hospital because since my son was born we have had to attend several appointments and he had a spine operation. They are very supportive, reassuring and friendly staff.

Not very helpful. They worked with him for three days and then discharged him. They didn't turn up to one appointment they were supposed to come to either. We asked for a face to face meeting and on Sunday they came out for 10 minutes then Monday attended an MDT meeting and signed him off. Not helpful at all. Useless. They wouldn't even provide me with a letter to give to the school.
