I had an appointment at bloods for 11:30am. I told them I was having less movement and they sent me to triage. They listened to my concerns and made me feel heard.

I was seen within 10 minutes at triage and then sent on for a further wait of 25 minutes. I was put on a monitor for 45 minutes. They could explain things more. They told me to come back if I was worried about anything.

Everything is good at antenatal, wait times are long but that's is just the way it is. The staff are really nice and communication is good. They definitely take their time when it's your turn.

I spent 40 minutes waiting for bloods. Waiting after taking a ticket. Letters don't tell you exactly where to go and when it's your first time you have no idea.
