I can never get an appointment. When I do it is always with a difference Doctor and they are not really interested. They have changed to a triage online service which does not work. It was better when you had to phone or queue outside at least I used to get an appointment then.

I was seen by a doctor in November 2024 and she referred me to the women's for an ultrasound.

Only been there once so I can't really comment too much. Good so far though.

The GP is very good. They gave me medicine straight away for a chest infection. It's also easy to get an appointment.

I don't think they're good. Access, behaviour and they aren't helpful to me or my son with Autism.

They're not as good as they used to be. You get triaged now and then an appointment arranged. They come out to me if I pre-arrange it. Some of the GPs are part time and I find it difficult to see different people.

I don't really see my GP. They get you in and out and they really don't care. They only dish out painkillers and antibiotics without examining you.

Called 111 who forwarded me to pharmacy. Pharmacy told me to contact GP. I did, I went to the surgery, couldn’t find my record. I am a user of Ventolin for 35 years!
Reception shrugged shoulders. I told them I’m suffering I cant breathe, would you like me to pass out here? Shrug shoulders again. Was told follow 111 instructions! So I went to pharmacy who sat me down to help, but still no inhaler at this stage was very bad wheezing. Pharmacy called GP who became rude and totally " computer says no"
A disgraceful place they lose records, mis diagnose and frankly don’t give a toss about what state you are in. Rude and ignorant.

Overall they are good but they missed my husbands enlarged heart and he died.

I have visited this GP surgery for blood tests many times, its further for me and you are waiting a long time.
