Royal Orthopaedic Hospital

I have been waiting for physio for too long. I have waited for so long with no information given or support in the meantime. It's very hard.

I'm having hydrotherapy for fibromyalgia and it's really good and helpful for my condition when you are referred on for it. It's only offered for a short time though, then you have to pay for it yourself.

I had an operation on my shoulder. They were brilliant. I ended up being admitted after a spinal block when I was supposed to be a day case which annoyed the nurses. On the ward the care was good and the nurses were good too. I felt bad when I had to pee in a bottle and they were so understanding.

Been coming here for the last two years and they're very good. Very efficient and the appointments are quick. The staff are attentive and informal. They know exactly what the next steps are so all are very good. My appointment from the MRI and today's appointment has been lengthy as I had to wait for 9 weeks. They do their best so I'm not complaining.

I came for an MRI today. So good getting in and out of this hospital. The care is so good.

All is okay, all departments and the care is very good. Appointments are always on time, no long waits.

I got a call two weeks ago on a Tuesday for an appointment the next day on the Wednesday as they had a cancellation. That worked well for us and all went well with the operation. It was day surgery so I was in and out the same day. Well organised. Although I didn't get my turn until 2pm after waiting all day, they kept me well informed and were excellent.

They have always been absolutely brilliant. We come here once a week for various procedures. Only thing here that's an issue is the car park and parking the care. It's a nightmare. I was over an hour late for an appointment trying to park the care. It causes stress for me and then the hospital as I'm late. I can't say anything bad about them at the hospital though. The staff are fantastic.

A wonderful hospital, the staff are lovely. Can't fault them. I was there after an operation on my knee and they were fab. All the staff were excellent. They go out of their way to keep you comfortable and help you.

Everything from the operation to all check ups has been excellent. Cannot fault this hospital at all.
