Any problems, I go to them. I have skin problems and they give good advice. The only concern is it takes a long time to get an appointment and get through to them.

Sometimes it's easy to get appointments but I don't use them that often unless I need antibiotics. They are good there as a service and the staff. They listen and they're kind.

My GP is very helpful and I can get appointments easily.

The whole team is very good. I can get appointments but not all the time which lets the service down very much.

I have been going every month with my daughter as she has had a cough and a problem with her chest. The GP is not helpful and doesn't help me. Doesn't help me at all.

You have to spend ages on the phone in order to get an appointment. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful.

It's kind of hard to get appointments and you don't see the same GP. It's kind of okay.

I had an excellent experience today with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner. She immediately put me at ease, especially since I was worried about a rash under my breast. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, which helped me feel reassured and cared for. I highly recommend her to everyone. Thank you for such great care!

Pretty easy getting appointments.
